EMPLOYMENT: Fulltime Permanent (probation period of 6-mo.)
LOCATION: Canada Post Head Office

DUTIES: Provide strong and efficient technology support and customer
care in the following areas (on-job training will be provided):
* LAN, Internet
* Microsoft Servers and NT Domain
* Participation in application rollouts
* Maintenance and monitoring of Systems, servers, workstations, and
applications
* Support Audio Visual systems
* Participate in on-call rotations
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
On job training will be provided, however, you need to have certain
expertise.
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure products and services
* Possess relevant practical experience and studies
