NO, only some of them do. Most of the builder still use the real wood. Of all my friends who bought a new house in the past few years, only 2 of them has this junk wood(same builder).

To clear: for those 2 guys: 木梁&subfloor are 压花板. All the others I know of, 木梁 is real wood, and subfloor is plywood(better; no one use realwood for subfloor). All 4 yrs or less new.

It seems like that. More and more builders use plywood instead of real wood on subfloor. So that's one of the reason that some people don't like new house.

Plywood: the best; it's real wood, and it's stronger. 刨花板, 压花板: junk. The worst thing is, the chemicals that glue the junk together will gradually release into the air.
