Our team is expanding, and we require an IT Support Technician.

We offer a work environment where you can play a key role in our PC system design, implementation and user functionality. Supporting our three locations in Kitchener, Cambridge and Mississauga, one of your primary responsibilities will be ensuring our users have the computer support and the right equipment they need to do their jobs effectively every day. You will keep on top of recent developments in your field and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades to both our hardware and software platforms, then take ownership for implementing your recommendations. You will also be responsible for the set-up and installation of new PC systems and for PC repairs. You will provide hands-on training to our users as needed and help desk support for both internal and external customers. You will have the opportunity to get involved in and continue to gain valuable experience in all aspects of LAN and WAN infrastructures.

This is an exciting career opportunity for an IT specialist with experience in a similar environment and with a diploma or degree in Computer Technology or Science. You must also have proven PC construction and operating systems knowledge including Windows 2003 Server, Active Directory and Exchange 2003.
