a stand-alone application designed to suit the unique needs of the spa industry.
Focusing on activity scheduling, resource management, inventory management,
point-of-sale and reporting, SpaSoft assists in the total management of
hotel/resort spas and day spas.
This critical Trainer position is responsible for the installation of SpaSoft at
spas throughout the 50 states, Canada and the Caribbean. You will also be
responsible for training the spa staff in the proper use of our software. This
position requires you to be on the road approximately 70% of the time. When you
are not on the road, you will be in our Toronto office writing curriculum
updates, providing internal education, performing quality assurance testing,
providing customer technical support as well as performing other misc duties.
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary degree, excellent verbal &
written communication skills, the ability to coach and someone who can maintain
a strong customer service ethic, even when working under pressure. You will
need to have public speaking experience as well as being proficient at MS Word &
Outlook (e-mail). Any spa industry experience is an added plus.
We offer a casual work environment; competitive benefits including company paid
benefits that include the following: extended health benefits, Life/AD&D
insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability and 23 days of paid time
off per year. As a plus, your personal cost of living may be quite a bit lower
in this position (i.e. rent, utilities, groceries, gas) as your extensive travel
expenses will be company paid.
This position pays CD$35,000/year.
