• strong knowledge of Java technologies including
• Swing
• Threads
• Sockets
• JDBC
• IO
• Servlets
• strong object oriented design and analysis, design patterns, UML
• Experience configuring Apache
• Experience with Apache Tomcat Server
• very good knowledge of TSQL
• very good knowledge of .NET technologies (especially C# & ASP.NET)
• expertise in cross-browser 'presentation' development using technologies/languages including JSP, XML, XSL, HTML, XHTML, DHTML, and JavaScript

Assets:
• Experience with the Windows operating environments
• Experience in designing and implementing .NET/Msft SQL Server2000 environments
• Experience developing client-server and Web applications.

Job Functions:

• Daily monitoring of application activity and issues
• Implement ‘hot fixes’ and code modifications ( Promotions )
• Implement new features in existing applications
• Periodic maintenance of related databases
• Production deployment of enhanced versions of various applications
• Train users in production
• On-site support for production
