Good article. 优雅 doesn't mean only pretty, 女人味, etc. It means more which could built by suitable environment, education, knowledge and experience.

I personally think it is people environment, education and culture which cause the difference.

优雅的女人, as the article said, must be 自信, 有智慧,善良真诚美好, must be real (zhen shi). The simplest thing that you can ask: how many chinese women can show their truth: what they like, what they hate, what they think and what they want?

Some girls are lucky to be born at the envirnment that they can grow up to 优雅的女人. To speak the truth, the natureal and society environment are not good enough to create 优雅的女人. In addition, education environment, culture environment, many things.

the article says "中国男人不开阔、不博大、不深沉、不灵敏，并且厚黑", just like"中国女人不优雅" , is not really men and women's problem: there are the other reasons. Chinese can have great man for sure, not every country or culture can create great man.

      I agree 优雅女人 come from special environment and experience. But if one woman can be happy, natural real, confidence, independance, smart, plus pretty and lovely personality, she should be very attractive and 优雅.
