Job Duties:
Work under the direction of marketing manager to re-vamp and
re-launch Thermodyne抯 online presence
Analyze and make recommendations on website usability and
navigational issues
Design and develop web pages and graphics from concept to
completion
Monitor website activity and create traffic reports
Collaborate with cross functional teams as required to improve
and gather web content
Work closely with internet portal partners, search engines,
industry partners to promote website presence
Writing, editing, updating online web content
Develop, implement and deploy other marketing communications
(email and online)

Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient with website and web content development and
management
Strong working knowledge of HTML and one of the following: ASP,
javascript, XML, php, Java or Flash would be an asset
Familiarity of Photoshop, Illustrator, Frontpage, Dreamweaver,
Acrobat
Strong website content writing skills; good understanding of
website creative design and construction
Solid understanding of web hosting and affiliate programs
Strong personal initiative, excellent interpersonal/teamwork
skills
Knowledge of the Engineering sector is a definite plus
Have own website is a plus
