there were about 3 semi selling on the market around summer last year, asking for 25k, they're 4 bedroom 4 level backsplit, good size with family room. back on open field(sheridian tech park) , not bad condition.
speaking of original owner, depends on what location you're looking for, for very good location, original owner could be a good sign, means ppl rarely move, neighbourhood stay very stable.... this apply to middle class neighborhood, high end is totally different story, for example, mississauga road, loarn park area, too many real restate agents /investors dealing in that area for making money, ppl buy & sell alot there during last few years.

homeland因该市迷市比较好的family residential area. 那里的独立房是很不错的，老区加上成熟的neighbourhood.不过你说的那片semi -mississauga(市政府老市长); 2005-1-17 {224} (#2080454@0)
在最近两年几乎移主了一半，多半原因是大家见到邻居卖的很不错，都趁这个好机往外卖。去年下半年，类似的semi卖价大概25k。 27k个人认为有一些贵了，不过，要看具体的房子条件。
anyway,如果喜欢老区，自己的承担能力如此，还是很不错选择。
