100 does not make too much different

there were about 3 semi selling on the market around summer last year, asking for 25k, they're 4 bedroom 4 level backsplit, good size with family room. back on open field(sheridian tech park) , not bad condition.
speaking of original owner, depends on what location you're looking for, for very good location, original owner could be a good sign, means ppl rarely move, neighbourhood stay very stable.... this apply to middle class neighborhood, high end is totally different story, for example, mississauga road, loarn park area, too many real restate agents /investors dealing in that area for making money, ppl buy & sell alot there during last few years.

          • 根据我的经纪说, DUNDAS的南边, 西不过ERIN MILL PKWY的区都是不错的.但西边去到WINSTON CHURCHILL应该是OKAVILLE了. 那边一般, 我的经纪当初不建议我选那边. 好象是工业比较多.

      • dundas/winston churchill 不算OKAVILLE。据我了解,附近的小学不是很好,好像是THORN LODGE,初中一般。我以前也看过这一带的房子,感觉房龄长,学校不好。所以每买。

      • 我到没觉得占便宜,因为许多东东都没有更新,浴室里也是旧的三件套,连龙头都是用了几十年的,真不知道值不值。

      在最近两年几乎移主了一半,多半原因是大家见到邻居卖的很不错,都趁这个好机往外卖。去年下半年,类似的semi卖价大概25k。 27k个人认为有一些贵了,不过,要看具体的房子条件。
      anyway,如果喜欢老区,自己的承担能力如此,还是很不错选择。
