National Response is a full service market research company that specialises in the financial service sector. We are currently hiring . interviewers for our call centre located at 211 Laird Drive (One block South of Eglinton East on Laird Drive behind the Canadian Tire store)
Requirements
· Conduct opinion surveys over the phone across North America
· Read from a prepared script on the computer and data enter
respondent's answers following quality control standards.
· Excellent_ command of English (reading, writing and,conversing)
· Strong typing skills and basic computer comprehension
· Must work a minimum of 3 shifts per week from Mon-Fri 5:30
p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sat from 12pm to 8pm
Absolutely no selling
Pay rate is $9.00 an hour
Paid training provided Flexible scheduling French is an Asset
