where are you talking about? stoufville road or the town of stoufville? Huge difference in location!!!

I bought a brand new detached house around stoufville road this spring, 从16th到那10分钟不到, 345K, 2100sf, now builder asks for 380k for the same model of phase 2. Which project are you talking about? Sounds really cheap if it's a detached and in the same area I'm talking about.

I like the neighbourhood very much, on the edge of oak ridges moraine, has a lake, surrounded by 2 golf courses, and will build a provincial park much bigger than high park. Not far away from 404.

some "新房所在的区有参天古木", depends on the project. The one I talk about is called "macleod's landing", the best community of this year by OHBA. I'm not worrying about any price drop in the near future at all.

                  My gut feeling is, since the Ontario government has banned the new home construction on enviromental protection concerns, the house price in this area has no way to go but up. Think, it's the last piece of conservation land you can live in now, in a brand new house!! Even though it fluctuate a little bit, think about the joys you get from living in the neighbourhood, it's gona worth it.

                  Transportation is now a concern, but will improve a lot as the york region rapid transit plan goes on. Rapid bus on Yonge will be in year 2005. You can check their website for more details.

                  The only drawback is, since only few new house can get building permit now, you have to make sure with your builder the closing date. Ours has been postponed twice.
