1. sheppard/kennedy will have 3 more condo building build up in next few years (around walmart). and a new 6 floor office building will be built also. agincourt mall is going to expand.
2. if the area grow like that, sheppard subway will be extended to kennedy.
so, sheppard/kennedy has way bigger potential to grow than pacific mall area.
another factor, 401 is expanding(traffic will be better after is finish), it is a positive factor also.
and 1500 is MUCH bigger than 1100, believe me.
I was very happy with my small banglow when I just moved in. Now I feel it is too small.
in toronto, outdoor parking, not a pleasent thing in winter.
just my 2 cents, make your own decision by yourself.
