本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛看到上周六的一张报纸 Torontor Star. In P Section, Condo Living, there is an article introducing a new government progrm that helps low-income purchasers with down payment. The buyer must be first-time buyer.

The illustration character is an Indian Chemist-immigrant who is working as a security guard in here. By this new help program, he can buy a small suite in a condo which is still under constrution and located near Markham and Kingston Rds. He only earns $16,000 a year.

I think somebody maybe interest in this new program. It says that "To qualify for the program individuals must be renting. The annual household income must be less than $45,000 and the carrying costs for the Options for Homes condo they plan to buy must be more than 32% of theri income." More information is on the news such as what if you want to sell or rent it after you buying, what if you die, and so on.
