Job Description: Ruth's Chris Steak House is looking for a qualified bookkeeper with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field. Experience within the hospitality field is important. This position is full-time and requires the person to work between our two locations in Toronto and Mississauga. Ruth's Chris Steak House is a progressive company with a positive work environment and we are poised to expand. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual.
Job Requirements: The duties for this position are as follows:
Daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales reports; Gift certificate reconciliation; Payroll; Invoices and cheques; maintaining files; Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card accounts; Credit card disputes; Sales tax reports; Weekly, monthly and annual Income statements and balance sheets; Overseeing Insurance and audits; Budgeting; Renewal of Licenses; Franchise reporting to Corporate Office; Reporting directly to V.P. of Operations and Owner.

Work Permit Needed? Applicants who do not already have legal permission to work in Canada will not be considered.
