Which do you choose fix or various? I saw some website providing mortgage lending too. I am wondering do your guy has experience with these websites. I am first time buyer, so I am wondering if these mortgage providers set up some trick there, would you like to share some of your experiences. Do they charge you expensive sevice fee?
