原来答应过老大同学，有内部IT工作报告一哈。现西北地区有一中级职位。

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5-7 years related experience and continued professional development or 10+ years combination of education and related experience with continued professional development.
· Excellent working knowledge of portal technology including Content Administrator and iView development (BSP or Java Connector or Web Dynpro)
· Excellent working knowledge of web technology including Cold Fusion, JavaScript, Java Connector, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and HTML
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong trouble shooting skills
· Proven ability to transfer knowledge to others
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Effective planning and organization skills with the ability to set and manage priorities
· Proven problem solving and decision making skills
· Knowledge of Human Resource business practices
