I think lake Scugog(north of Whitby, 401E->HWY12N->7A E->2N) is very good for sunfish. At Port Perry, before crossing the lake, turn North; there's a boat launching dock. Right beside the

apuma(apuma)

dock(to the north of it) is a samll public park. Tons of sunfish, yellow perch, rock bass, cat fish, turtle, etc.
I got a lot of big fishs there a few years ago: more than 10 large mouth bass (1--3.5 pound), 2 Walleye (1.5, 2.5 pound).
There's a Canadian Tire there where you can buy worms. There's one fishing store right after you trun North on the left side of the street, another one located on the right side of 7A right after you get to the island.

I gave up fishing last year(don't like the long drive).

我也不爱钓了，太没变化，永远那么大的鱼，也没别的品种可试，
所以也没和你联系再去那里，我试过鲤鱼，根本没可能，更难
钓，所以我不认为那是个适合老人小孩玩钓鱼的地方，鱼太少。
倒是北面有个CANAL LAKE，从世家宝往北大概两小时，SUNFISH
多得不得了，就在租船的码头钓。
BTW，前面说的地方在CENTINNEL PARK， EGGLENTON WEST
