The Project is failed. Defect Analysis is done.

This project is failed and will be closed immediately. A fatal error has encountered and no workaround has been found.

The error is: Communication Failure.

The result of Root Cause Analysis reveals: A different Protocol had been used.

A detailed Defect Analysis Report using ODC (Orthogonal Defect Classification) had been submitted to SEPT (Software Engineering Process Team) for further review and documentation purpose.

For CMM Level 5 organizations, the recommended action for Defect Prevention is: STAY AWAY FROM CHINA AND ITS PEOPLE.
