frash memory, which is re-write-and-read memory. This kind of memory is easy to damage by re-write a certain times. But you can buy the one which can insert multimedia card ( it is expensive though. A multimedia card is almost valued by its size. e.g. 64 Mbytes is about $64. ) Yet MP3 player has lots of additional functions which MD doesnt have.
I am considering to purchase a MP3 player+recorder, which should have such function:
1. Can record voice by microphone over 3--6 hrs;
2. Can output to computer and be perfectly convered to MP3 format via USB 1.0 or later.
3. Can play MP3 music or the voice convered by itself.
4. Can be a frash memory as a USB pen.
5. Can accept a multimedia card upto 128M.
6. Cheap as around $130--150.
7. Must be Japanese brand or JVC.

If you have any better suggestion, question or experience, pls dont feel hesitate to follow this paragraph. So that we can figure out a best solution.
