1。如果几个朋友SHARE公寓,虽然大家交钱给LEASEHOLDER,再由他/她一起交钱去RENTAL OFFICE,但他/她并未赚钱(BENEFIT),而且他/她也不是房子的OWNER,所以报税时每个人各自报自己的那部分费用,房东直接写作公寓的OWNER即可。
2。如果自己买了房子,一部分用来出租,是要报INCOME的,只有少数特殊的例子(视租给谁和租金多少)可以不报。
