A post-secondary education in computer related studies or an
equivalent combination of formal training and experience
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server and workstation
platforms as well as Microsoft core products
Experience with LANs and WANs
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Analytical problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong goal and results orientation with a “can do” attitude
Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the Golden
Horseshoe
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Keen desire to learn

Preferred skills include:

Experience with accounting applications such as BusinessVision
Crystal reports development experience
Software development experience with C++, Visual Basic and MS
Access
