    • 需要现金呗
    • 这样的房型出租不是很理想,会有很多麻烦的。 美国很多大学附近的公寓设计很好,很多都是两房,两个浴室,一个厨房。 可以两个学生合租,也适合小夫妇/小家庭租用。我觉得出租给学生最好的房型是是1BR或一个统舱Studio
    • 不好出手,没看见类似的房型都挂了好几个月了,一套也没卖掉 +1

      出租也麻烦,不如1br或2br.
    • 投资收益相对较差,虽然租金稳定但房价涨幅不大(相对),60万要投镇屋收益比这个高多了而且时间短
    • Condo相比其它房子跌幅很少,现在卖基本是赚的
