Termination by Employee. Employee shall give the Company six weeks’ written notice of Employee’s resignation from employment and, subject to the following sentence, Employee’s employment shall terminate on the date specified in the notice. Upon receipt of Employee’s notice of resignation, or at any time thereafter, the Company shall have the right to waive the notice of resignation period or require that Employee to cease performing all job duties and end access to Company systems during the balance of the three week notice of resignation period.
