请教一个IIS on XP 的问题

各位大侠好。
最近updated the system, I installed windows XP, .NET, then IIS. But when I enter http://localhost or 127.0.0.1, it gave me a 500 error. I am sure the IIS installed correctly, because I checked the Default web site and FTP at IIS, they are running. I installed another web server, Tomcat, then try the localhost, Netscape works perfectly, but Explorer doesn't? what's wrong with the Explorer or IIS? I have no fucking clue.

Please help me, if any DaXia know this kind of stuff.

IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings -> CLEAR Automatically detect settings -> OK -> OK......
