REGISTRATION
3. (1) No person shall,
(a) trade in real estate as a broker unless the person is registered as a broker;
(b) trade in real estate as a salesperson unless he or she is registered as a salesperson of a registered broker;
(c) act on behalf of a corporation or partnership in connection with a trade in real estate unless the person and corporation or partnership are registered as brokers. R.S.O.1990,c.R.4, s.3 (1).
地产经纪多,公平竞争将会使公众得益。但若少数经纪人搞恶性竞争,最终伤害的将是公众及地产经纪双方。一个行业的良好发展,从业人员的素质、行业的法规及管理很重要,公众的参与、监督也很重要。
