Call 1800-959-8281. Tell them you request for a Notice of Assessment for which year, and they will ask you the followiing questions,
1. Your SIN card number, and
2. Your current address including post code, and
3. Your date of birth, and
4. your income in that year.
You will receive a copy in one week or so. It is free! Do not have to go to a lawyer, do not have to approach a Legal Aid angency. Do it by yourself in 2 minutes via phone while sitting in your comfortable sofa.
