YOu know,,,,,

instead of you asking around, why don't you just go ahead call immigration office on this to avoid any incorrect answer?
You case is a little complicate:
1. Right now, you are Chinese citizen with F1 that gave to you as a chinese.
2. However, you will become canadian citizen when you will be back from canada.
So my understanding is no matter what, you need to tell the immigration office of US about your change of status, especially after 911.
Because China does not allow dual citizenship, neither is US.

And, it is not correct that if you have canadian passport then you can do anything in US. Such as long term working, you still need H1B, I believe; although I could be wrong.

So, call the immigration office of US, or call the US embassy in canada asking them what you need to do. Won't hurt ya.

    Hi,everybody,
I am considering if I will get trouble when entering the U.S. Now I am F1 student in the U.S,holding passport of PRC,and F1 visa on it, and will go to Canada for taking oath next week, two days after the oath, I will leave for the U.S . the thing is when I entering the U.S again, I don't have immigraion land paper any more, only citizenship certificate and PRC passport with F1 visa on it, ( I don't have Canadian passport yet), will I get any problem? Thank you in advance for everybody replying me .
    • I don't think it will be a problem. If you want to be sure, call to find out.
    • use your old passport, F-1, valid I-20 with school stamp on it. no problem at all.
    • 要进美国,不需要加拿大签证。就这么简单。

    • if you drive or take greyhound into US, just show your citizenship card and you will get through. But if you enter by air, you need the passport.
