填2月17号以后IMM 5490表的两个问题:第9题和第10题的问题.很迷惑!

第9个问题问:Are you in a common-law relationship, i.e. have you and your
sponsor lived together in a conjugal relationship for a period of at least one year?我们是正常的夫妻关系,需要填这个吗?如果填只能填NO.最迷惑的是第10个问题.Are you in a conjugal partner relationship,, i.e. have you and your sponsor lived together in a conjugal relationship for a period of at least one year?这个问题选yes还是选no都要解释,但是我们只是一般正常的夫妻关系,而且好像spouse,common-law relationship,conjugal partner relationship,是并列的三种关系.这个要怎么选择呢?

请前辈们出出主意.谢谢了先!
