I'd like to say something about picking up the visa yourself.
It might be a good practice for BJ case, but for HK, might be not a good idea. We saw many people said that they would pick up visa themselves, and thought it is a good idea. So we made a request to pick up the visa herself. But by the time I saw "decision made" on 2003.1.17, we are not sure what kind of decision it is (reject/grant). So we waited. It take so long to get a letter saying granted, and we still have to figure out how to get there.
Had we not make that request, my LP would have get her visa by now.
